We have many dwarf forms of both B. spinulosa ssp spinulosa and B. spinulosa ssp collina.
Dwarf spreading shrub typically to 0.5m but can reach 1 m - narrow serrated green leaves - red to black flr spikes in Au & Wi - frost resistant.
Dog Rose - groundcover growing to 1.5 m tall & 2 m wide - small hot pink flrs in Sp & Su - requires moist well drained soil - tolerant of frost & shade.
Shrub to 2 m - wh flrs much of the year - dark green foliage - enjoys moist, well drained and acidic soil - requires moist well drained soil - tolerant of frost & shade.
Illawarra Flame Tree - rainforest tree to 20 m - large deep green lobed leaves- deciduous during flowering - red bell -shaped flrs during late Sp to Su - requires moist soil, frost tender.
Bottle Tree - tree to 12m - large maple like leaves - deciduous while flowering - pink bell shaped flrs in early Su - light frosts only but grows well in places like Dubbo.
Ivory Curl tree - 4 to 12m in cool area gardens- evergreen large shrub, spectacular white flowers in late summer from 2 years. Street tree or screen / windbreak in garden.
